Structured Finance Associate

I'm working with an AmLaw 100 firm that is growing its Structured Finance group and looking for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in either New York or D.C. With close to 700 attorneys, the firm is large enough to offer complex and sophisticated work but still gives associates real responsibility and hands-on experience from day one. It has a strong reputation for both deal execution and market leadership, and acts for benchmark issuers across auto finance, residential and commercial mortgage, and unsecured consumer finance. You'll work side by side with some of the most established and respected partners in the market, and learn from them directly. The team structures, negotiates and drafts the full range of structured finance transactions, including: · Off-the-run asset classes, such as renewables, commodities and transportation · Specialized financing products, such as reverse mortgages and future flow credits · Project finance, including ship and maritime finance, and trade finance What are they looking for? · 3-4 years of Structured Finance or Asset-Backed Finance experience · Knowledge of ABS, asset-backed credit facilities and forward flow arrangements · Must be barred in either New York or D.C. depending on where you're based If this sounds interest and you meet the above requirements, please apply directly or reach out to me on louiseedwards@bcllegal.com.
