Litigation Associate

A nationwide law firm are growing their litigation group in Boston. They added to the team earlier this year, and the workload has stayed steady enough that they're now looking to bring another Associate into the team. You'd be working across a broad range of commercial matters, appearing in both state and federal court, where you'll be given a good deal of responsibility from day one. It's a genuinely open-door culture where partners are accessible, and that's translated into real mentorship rather than just an empty phrase. Something that really stands out about this firm is their hybrid policy. As we move further away from 2020, a lot of firms are starting to revert back to more traditional policies and for some people, that doesn't always work with lives outside of work.
