Commercial Litigation Associate

This V-20, AmLaw Top 50 firm is looking to expand their practice group in New York with a Mid-Level Commercial and Class Action Litigation Associate where they will be defending public corporations, financial services and investment management firms. Experience will span across corporate governance and shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, breach of contract, and additional complex disputes.
