Corporate Associate / Senior Associate | 5 + PQE | High Wycombe A strong team is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing firm in High Wycombe. The Candidate To be successful in your application for this vacancy, you will have: - A minimum of 5 years' PQE. - A good level of Corporate experience across a range of work including M&A , JVs , restructures, private equity and venture capital. - A high attention to detail to produce work/documentation which is to a high standard. - An interest in and aptitude for business development. - A good teamwork ethic.
