The Role: You'll be joining a close-knit and highly experienced team advising a broad range of clients including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, start-ups, and local investors. The role offers access to high-quality transactional work and a strong regional client base. Typical matters will include: · Mergers and acquisitions · Management buyouts and buy-ins · Group restructures · Shareholder agreements and joint ventures · Corporate governance and general company law advisory You'll have the opportunity to work closely with partners while developing your own client relationships and contributing to the ongoing success of the team.
