This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and commercially-minded lawyer to take on a key role in a growing practice. The Role: · Acting for a broad range of clients including regional developers, investors, landowners, SMEs, and commercial landlords and tenants. · Handling a full range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development agreements, and secured lending. · Working closely with senior stakeholders and partners within the firm. · Opportunity to mentor and support junior lawyers within the team. · Involvement in business development and networking initiatives across Northamptonshire and the wider East Midlands. The Candidate: · Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years' PQE in commercial property. · Strong technical skills and experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision. · Comfortable with client contact and keen to develop long-term relationships. · A proactive, collaborative approach and interest in contributing to the wider success of the department. · Experience in supervising or mentoring junior lawyers is desirable, though not essential.
