The Role: · Working as part of a national corporate team on a broad range of transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate governance matters. · Acting for a diverse client base including owner-managed businesses, national corporates, institutional investors and SMEs. · Early client contact and involvement in business development encouraged from day one.
