About the Role:

What we're Looking For:
· A qualified solicitor with a solid track record in construction law and a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious work.
· Partnership experience is highly desirable, but we are also open to applications from senior lawyers who are ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
· You'll have excellent technical expertise in construction contracts, disputes, and project management, with experience advising across a wide range of sectors, from residential and commercial development to infrastructure and energy.
· A team player with strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
· You should be driven, commercially minded, and keen to develop the firm's construction practice further.
· Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to foster and develop relationships with both existing and new clients.
