Corporate Solicitor | 1+ | Sheffield | Legal 500 firm A leading law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its expanding corporate team in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build their career within a highly respected, supportive, and forward-thinking firm. The Role: You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload that includes: · M&A (acquisitions and disposals) · Private equity and venture capital transactions · Corporate restructures and governance matters · Joint ventures and shareholder arrangements · General corporate advisory work You will have regular client contact and the chance to develop strong commercial relationships across a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses to large corporates and national brands.
