Real Estate Associate (3+ PQE) | International Law Firm | Leeds BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting an award winning law firm in their recruitment of a skilled Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a strong national presence and global reach. This is a chance to become part of a market-leading Real Estate team, working on complex, high-value matters alongside a recognised leader in the field. The Opportunity: Working directly with a senior Partner, you will advise a diverse and prestigious client base-including UK and international investors, pension funds, financial institutions, and developers-on a broad range of real estate transactions. Your caseload will include: · Investment and development transactions · Acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets · Asset management and property finance work · Supporting on complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate matters · Playing a key role in the development of long-standing client relationships What We're Looking For: You'll be an experienced real estate solicitor who enjoys delivering excellent client service and is looking to take on a more strategic and client-facing role.
