The Role You'll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including: · M&A (share and asset sales and acquisitions) · Private equity and investment work · Management buyouts and buy-ins · Corporate restructurings and shareholder matters The role offers genuine responsibility, early client exposure and the chance to work closely with experienced partners on a mix of regional, national and international transactions.
