The Role You'll be advising on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on: · UK and cross-border M&A · Private equity and investment work · Corporate reorganisations and joint ventures · Strategic advisory work for a diverse client base, including international businesses, investors and management teams The role offers significant client exposure, responsibility for running transactions, and the opportunity to play a key role in developing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.
