Contentious Construction Solicitor | 1-5 PQE | national law firm | Leeds
A leading national law firm is looking to recruit a Contentious Construction Solicitor (1-5 PQE) into its well-regarded Leeds team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction disputes practice with a strong national reputation, acting for an impressive client base across a wide range of sectors.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad mix of contentious construction work, including:
· Construction and engineering disputes across adjudication, arbitration, litigation, and mediation
· Acting for employers, contractors, developers, consultants, and insurers
· Disputes arising from JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts
· High-value and complex matters, often with a multi-jurisdictional or strategic element
You will work closely with experienced partners and have the opportunity to take on early responsibility, client contact, and business development activity.
The Candidate
The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who:
· Are qualified in England & Wales with 1-5 years' PQE in contentious construction
· Have experience of adjudication and formal dispute resolution processes
· Are commercially minded with strong technical ability
· Enjoy working collaboratively and are keen to progress within a national practice
