The Role: As a Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value, complex non-contentious construction matters, including: · Advising on construction contracts, joint ventures, and development agreements · Providing strategic advice to developers, contractors, and other stakeholders · Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional team appointments, and collateral warranties · Supporting clients on procurement strategies, risk management, and project delivery · Building strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development and managing client expectations This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, while also providing the chance to develop and mentor junior team members.
