Legal Director | Non-Contentious Construction | Leeds | National Law Firm A leading national law firm, is looking for an experienced Legal Director to join their high-profile construction team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work on major projects with some of the UK's leading developers, contractors, and clients. With a strong client base and a track record of advising on some of the most complex and high-profile projects, they offer an excellent platform for legal professionals to progress their careers. The firm's Leeds office is expanding rapidly, and they are looking for a driven, experienced Legal Director to join their team and play a key role in the continued growth and success of the firm's non-contentious construction offering. The Role: As a Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value, complex non-contentious construction matters, including: · Advising on construction contracts, joint ventures, and development agreements · Providing strategic advice to developers, contractors, and other stakeholders · Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional team appointments, and collateral warranties · Supporting clients on procurement strategies, risk management, and project delivery · Building strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development and managing client expectations This role will offer you a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, while also providing the chance to develop and mentor junior team members.
