This is the ideal role for a motivated and technically strong lawyer looking to work on complex, high-profile transactions within a dynamic, supportive, and highly regarded team. The Role In this role, you will be involved in a wide range of banking and finance work, advising both domestic and international clients on matters including corporate lending, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring, and insolvency. You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, offering you the chance to gain invaluable experience while developing your expertise in this thriving sector. The firm's client base includes a broad range of financial institutions, corporates, and private equity firms, providing you with exposure to an exciting mix of work across various industries. About You To be considered for this role, you will have: · 1+ PQE in banking and finance law (although we're happy to consider candidates with more experience). · A strong academic background with excellent technical skills. · A commercial approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in business development. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. · The drive to be part of an ambitious team within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
