What We're Looking For: · Previous experience working within a real estate team, either as a paralegal or post-training contract · Strong understanding of commercial property and residential conveyancing, including but not limited to landlord and tenant, leases, acquisitions, disposals, and development work · Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients · Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent organisational skills · A proactive attitude and keen interest in continuing your development within the sector You'll be working closely with Partners and other senior lawyers on high-value and complex real estate matters, gaining exposure to a broad range of work while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.
