Corporate (Education) Associate / Senior Associate | 2-8 PQE | Nottingham or Leeds An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a market-leading Education practice at a highly regarded international firm, with flexibility to be based in Nottingham or Leeds. This is a standout role within a team widely recognised as a leader in the education sector, advising on some of the most high-profile and innovative transactions across higher education, schools and further education. The team combines deep sector expertise with a genuinely international platform, offering exposure to both domestic and cross-border work. The Role You will join a specialist Corporate Education team advising on a broad mix of transactional and strategic matters, including: · Domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions · Joint ventures, partnerships and sector collaborations · Corporate structuring and strategic projects within education institutions · Supporting international clients entering the UK education market, and UK clients expanding overseas · Working closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas on multi-jurisdictional matters The work is varied and intellectually engaging, requiring a strong understanding of both corporate transactions and the evolving regulatory landscape within the education sector.
