REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR | PUBLIC SECTOR PROJECTS | LEEDS An international law firm is looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing Public Sector and Infrastructure team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile regeneration, development and infrastructure projects across the UK, advising public sector bodies, developers and strategic partners on complex real estate matters. The role will involve advising on: · Regeneration and mixed-use developments · Infrastructure and public sector projects · Energy and heat network schemes · PFI and partnership arrangements · Transactions involving procurement and public law considerations The successful candidate will join a highly regarded national real estate practice offering strong career progression, high levels of client exposure and flexible hybrid working.
