You'll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, business sales and acquisitions, corporate restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and general company law matters. The successful candidate will have completed at least one seat in corporate law during their training contract and will be looking to build their career within a supportive, collaborative environment. Strong technical ability, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills are essential, together with a genuine enthusiasm for corporate work.
