Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer | Property | 8+ PQE | Leeds BCL Legal is working with a leading commercial law firm to recruit a Knowledge & Innovation Lawyer to join its Client Solutions & Innovation team, supporting the Property Department nationally. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to combine their legal expertise with an interest in technology, innovation and knowledge management. The Role Key responsibilities include: · Supporting the Property Department's knowledge and innovation strategy. · Leading projects focused on legal technology, generative AI and service delivery improvements. · Developing knowledge resources, digital tools and innovative client solutions. · Managing key knowledge systems, legal technology platforms and client portals. · Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client service. · Collaborating with senior stakeholders and teams across the business. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will have: · 8+ years' PQE with strong property law experience, gained in private practice or in-house. · Experience of knowledge management, innovation or service improvement projects. · A keen interest in legal technology and emerging tools, including generative AI. · Strong commercial awareness, communication and stakeholder management skills. · Experience in project management, process improvement or change management. · A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
