We're interested in speaking with recruiters who have 3+ years' agency recruitment experience, particularly from professional services, legal, property, finance or other specialist markets. Legal recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. What matters most is commercial instinct, relationship-building ability and the drive to develop a successful desk.
