They're now looking to appoint an Insolvency Partner to lead and grow their insolvency & restructuring offering. The opportunity: This is a rare chance to build within the brand of a solid regional practice. The firm's commercial litigation team is performing well and generates a flow of contentious insolvency work, giving an immediate client base to tap into and a genuine soft landing - you won't be starting from zero. From there, the brief is to develop your own network, build out a team around you, and shape the practice as your own.
