Conveyancing Solicitor

A dynamic and growing law firm are looking for a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their team in Newcastle. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES - Advise in relation to aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions. - Setting high standards of client care and customer service and providing the highest standard of legal advice. - Taking instructions from clients. - Drafting the necessary legal documents and contracts for each case. - Representing clients in court where necessary. - Carrying out and checking pre-contract searches. - Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction. - Exchange contracts and complete the transaction. - Facilitating the effective running of the department on a day-to-day basis. ABOUT YOU - You will have at least 2 years relevant experience. - You will be results driven and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic legal environment. - You will be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. - You will have exceptional drafting skills and be able to demonstrate knowledge across all aspects of the residential sector.
