Residential Conveyancer - Northumberland THE FIRM - Long standing firm with an excellent reputation in the market - 3 offices across the North East THE ROLE - You will handle a busy and varied caseload of property transactions - Handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold * Re-mortgages * New builds YOU -You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or experienced conveyancer -You will have proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion WHAT'S ON OFFER - Competitive salary up to £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) - Opportunity to work within a friendly and collaborative team - Good long term progression BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
