Plot Sales Conveyancer, leading international firm, Manchester City Centre THE FIRM An opportunity has arisen for a plot conveyancer to join the Manchester city centre office of this leading, international practice. The firm has a reputation for being one of the largest real estate practices in its field boasting a varied portfolio of work. The team includes leading experts working on virtually every form of major infrastructure and development project in the market today; shaping the law and delivering the projects that matter. THE ROLE In response to this continued influx of great quality work, the firm is looking for a Plot/Residential Conveyancer to join the highly regarded Manchester team. You will manage the full life cycle of your own conveyancing caseload of plot sales, part exchanges and re-sales. You will demonstrate understanding of your client's focus and have detailed knowledge of your area, understanding of processes and systems and where to access information. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
