Residential Property Fee Earner An experienced residential property fee earner is sought by this Legal 500 firm with a strong regional presence throughout Wales and the South. Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and Paralegals will be considered for the role of residential property fee earner based in North Wales. Based in Conwy you will be an experienced residential property lawyer with at least 2 years fee earning experience, handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initial instruction through to post completion matters. Caseload will include dealing with freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role of residential property fee earner requires you to handle your own caseload working with minimal supervision. You will be used to dealing with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers, local authorities and estate agents over the phone and in person.
