Conveyancing Assistant - Liverpool or Cheshire Leading North West law firm with offices across Cheshire and Merseyside is looking to appoint a conveyancing assistant with residential experience to join its progressive team in Liverpool or Cheshire The firm has been providing legal advice to its clients for over 100 years and is one of the North West of England's oldest law firms. Over the years, it has built up a loyal following as a result of the consistently high quality service it provides. The residential property team offers a friendly, personal and stress free service. The firm is a member of all major Bank and Building Society solicitor panels and also represents clients in the local community on a repeat basis. The role will involve assisting on a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, covering a variety of matters including but not limited to sales and purchasing, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, new buildings and leases. The successful applicant will become part of a thriving team and will work alongside experienced fee earners who can offer additional support.
