Residential Conveyancer, Cambridge THE FIRM This Legal 500 firm is looking to strengthen its current residential property team. If you are an experienced paralegal, qualified legal Executive or solicitor who is looking to join a professional and friendly team then this could be your ideal role. THE ROLE Dealing with legal and technical work involved in a typical residential property transaction, including sale and purchase of freeholds and leaseholds, purchase of freeholds and leaseholds. Dealing with straightforward non-standard transactions such as mortgages, assents etc Work on own initiative and undertake all work assigned in a competent and professional manner. Drafting with care and accuracy the contracts, documentation including transfer and leases, and correspondence, including reports, on residential sales and purchase transactions Attend meetings when and as required Keeping up to date with CQS requirements as and when necessary, and participating in such personal training as may be necessary to be able to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post Generally assisting the team members as a whole in the normal day to day operating of the team, to assimilate with the team in carrying out any other duties of a reasonable nature as requested to do so.
