Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer - Kent A regional firm is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team, based in Kent. THE ROLE You will be joining a busy and expanding residential conveyancing team, dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, stamp duty procedures, title checking, search reports, enquiries, grant of leases, the regulation of landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, refinancing, acquisitions and sales of businesses and utilities agreements. You will also touch on aspects of business development. ABOUT YOU - You will be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive - You will have at least 2 years of experience of managing your own caseload of residential property matters - You will be able to work on a large caseload to tight deadlines - You will be an enthusiastic team player as well as working well autonomously FURTHER INFORMATION - Salary for this role is between £35,000 - £55,000 depending on PQE - Hybrid working - Great Benefits on offer - Scope for career progression If you are interested in this role and you have the pre-requisite experience, please send your up-to-date CV to laurentootell@bcllegal.com.
