Homebased Conveyancer A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a lawyer to join their Residential Property team. THE ROLE Due to an exciting period of growth, this firm is looking for a lawyer to join their property team. As a lawyer in the team, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions. Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership transactions.
