Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Conveyancer with a proven track record in leasehold sales and purchases to join their busy Residential Property team. The Role: Handling a varied caseload of leasehold and freehold residential transactions from instruction to completion Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors Advising on complex leasehold matters including shared ownership, extensions, and management packs Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures What You'll Need: Minimum 2 years' experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files Strong knowledge and confidence dealing with leasehold properties Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner (non-qualified welcome with relevant experience) What's On Offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience Hybrid/flexible working options Supportive, collaborative work environment Ongoing training and career development Access to a wide client base with quality, interesting work BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
