Conveyancing Fee Earner Manchester City Centre | Hybrid Working A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established and growing residential property team based in Manchester City Centre. This is an excellent role for a motivated conveyancer looking to manage their own caseload within a supportive, technology-driven environment that offers genuine flexibility through a hybrid working model. The Role You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the transaction process About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish Excellent client care and communication skills The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment A proactive and organised approach to case management Applications are welcomed from Conveyancing Fee Earners, Licensed Conveyancers, Conveyancing Executives, Legal Executives and experienced Residential Property Paralegals with their own caseload experience.
