Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the sale of residential development plots, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients. Collaborate with developers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate the successful progression of sales transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to plot sales. Provide expert legal advice and guidance on land transactions, planning considerations, and development matters. Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Stay informed on relevant industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting the plot sales sector. Key Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in property law, with a particular focus on plot sales or residential development. A comprehensive understanding of legal documentation and processes associated with land transactions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
