Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner, Morecambe Morecambe based, long established firm well known for offering high quality advice and services to local clients is recruiting a conveyancer to join its long standing team. Having fostered a number of loyal local referrers and repeat clients, this firm is looking to expand its conveyancing department. This role is ideal if you are looking to work close to home in a firm that can offer security and a friendly working environment. The team will offer you a manageable, high quality caseload and you will be tasked with handling a mixture of transactional matters to include: * Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases * Remortgage and transfers of equity * Shared ownerships This is a unique opportunity to work for a traditional high street firm.
