RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - NEWCASTLE CITY CENTRE THE FIRM - Full service commercial firm in Newcastle - Long established and reputable Residential Conveyancing team THE ROLE - A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a recognised residential property team in Newcastle - You will be handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from inception through to completion - Your caseload will include: - Sales and purchases - Leasehold and freehold - Remortgages - Right to buy, shared ownership and help to buy transactions THE REQUIREMENTS - You must have a minimum of 12 months fee earning experience as a Residential Conveyancer - You must have experience of handling your own files from inception through to completion THE BENEFITS - Competitive salary up to £50,000 and benefits package is on offer - Uncapped bonus scheme - Secretarial support and full case management system - Flexible hybrid working - Excellent location - Friendly and supportive working environment BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
