Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Experienced Fee Earner - South Manchester THE FIRM - A highly regarded high street firm in South Manchester is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing solicitor/fee earner to join the team. This long established firm has been servicing the local area for over 30 years and has a loyal repeat client base THE ROLE - You will handle a varied caseload of circa 65 property transactions - Handling conveyancing matters from inception through to completion, which will vary depending upon experience but will include: * Sales and purchases * Freehold, leasehold * Re-mortgages YOU -You will be a residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer, legal executive or experienced fee earner -You will have proven experience of working within residential property handling a full caseload from inception through to post completion WHAT'S ON OFFER - Competitive salary - £50,000+ - Low caseload of high quality work - Excellent secretarial support - Potential for hybrid working dependant on experience - Opportunity to work within a friendly and collaborative team - Free On site parking BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
