This Conveyancing team provide a range of services to Registered Providers and Private Developers including shared ownership, sales, Help to Buy, staircasing and licence to assign applications. THE ROLE Due to an exciting and developing workload they are looking to recruit an experienced conveyancer to join the team who will handle a caseload of mostly new build and off plan residential property matters. You will act on behalf of Hong Kong based investor clients who are looking to invest in the UK property market.
