This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in residential conveyancing to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will be working as part of a specialist team providing a comprehensive range of property services to Registered Providers and Private Developers. The role involves handling a variety of residential leasehold and shared ownership transactions, including: Assisting with the sale of new build and shared ownership properties Managing staircasing transactions, Deeds of Variation, and licence to assign matters Advising on right to buy and right to acquire sales Conducting files and ensuring compliance with firm procedures Supporting the wider team on conveyancing and property-related matters Building and maintaining strong client relationships About You We are looking for an organised and proactive individual with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
