Role Overview: We are seeking a Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) to manage a varied and interesting caseload of private family law work. You will handle matters such as divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, prenuptial agreements, and cases involving domestic abuse. The firm is known for its supportive, client-focused environment, where your expertise and career development are prioritized. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of high-quality, private family law matters, advising clients through sensitive and complex issues. Advise on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic abuse cases, as well as pre-nuptial agreements and other family law matters. Represent clients in court and at hearings when required, with full support from the team. Work collaboratively with senior solicitors, contributing to the overall success of the department. Deliver exceptional client care and maintain the firm's reputation for excellence. Skills & Experience Required: 2+ years PQE in family law (or equivalent experience). Experience handling a range of private family law matters with confidence. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships. Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for clients. Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach. What's on Offer: Salary up to £50,000, depending on experience.
