Family Solicitor Location: North West England Type: Full-time | Permanent An established and well-respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing family team in the North West. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor who is passionate about delivering high-quality legal advice with a client-focused approach. You will manage your own varied caseload while working within a supportive, collaborative environment that values professional development and work-life balance. The Role You will handle a broad range of private family law matters, including: Divorce and separation Financial remedy proceedings Children matters Cohabitation and prenuptial agreements Domestic abuse matters (where appropriate) You will have responsibility for running files independently, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued development of the department.
