Residential Conveyancer - Wirral The Firm A progressive and well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its highly accredited team based on the Wirral. Established for over 50 years, the firm has built a strong reputation and continues to grow its CQS and Lexcel accredited conveyancing department. Ongoing expansion and a steady increase in instructions from new and long-standing referrers, estate agents and mortgage brokers have created the need for an additional conveyancer to join the team. The Role You will join a supportive team environment, working closely with a Conveyancing Manager and Assistant while managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Your caseload will include a variety of matters such as Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, New Build transactions, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and non-statutory Lease Extensions. You will also work alongside the Conveyancing Manager to help achieve the team's financial targets and contribute to the continued success of the department. Requirements A minimum of two years' experience handling residential conveyancing matters is essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
