The Opportunity You'll join a busy and expanding residential property team, working with a diverse client base including local authorities, developers, and investors. The role offers a mix of autonomy and team support, with responsibility for managing your own caseload while assisting senior fee earners on a variety of transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage a small caseload of residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Support senior fee earners on more complex transactions Handle matters from instruction through to completion Assist with plot sales on new build developments About You Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property (essential) Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions Exposure to new build developments Understanding of leasehold legislation (including enfranchisement and lease extensions) Familiarity with the UK Lenders Handbook and lender requirements Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach The Firm This firm is consistently recognised as one of the UK's top law firms, with a strong track record of sustained growth and investment in its people.
