The Role:
You will provide essential support to fee earners handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders
Managing files, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
Supporting fee earners with administrative duties as required
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal assistant role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
