Senior Plot Conveyancer - Manchester - Top 100 Law Firm THE FIRM This forward-thinking full-service law firm based in the heart of Manchester city centre is seeking an experienced Senior Plot Conveyancer to join its well-established residential development team. The firm has a clear vision and modern approach to service delivery, placing client interests at the forefront of everything it does. The property department has an excellent reputation for delivering specialist advice to housebuilders and developers on high-volume plot sales. THE ROLE · You will manage your own caseload of plot sales from reservation through to post-completion, acting for national and regional housebuilders · Handling a high-volume caseload of new build transactions, ensuring deadlines and exchange targets are met · Liaising with developers, agents, lenders, and buyers to ensure a smooth and efficient process · Reporting on title, dealing with enquiries, and progressing matters to exchange and completion · Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate REQUIREMENTS · You will have significant experience handling plot sales or high-volume residential conveyancing caseloads · Proven ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion · Strong knowledge of the new build process and developer requirements · Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines · A proactive and team-oriented approach BENEFITS · Competitive salary (dependent on experience) · Hybrid working (2 days a week in the office) · Excellent progression opportunities within a growing team · City centre location · Supportive and collaborative working environment If you're interested in this role, please apply now or forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us.
