Corporate Managing Associate

Managing Associate A global law firm is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join their team as a Managing Associate. The role is based is the phenomenally beautiful Cayman Islands. As part of a global law firm the successful candidate can expect to undertake work from across the globe however, there is a particular emphasis on work coming from Asia and USA. The ideal candidate is likely to have experience of matters in Hong Kong, Singapore or USA. This could have been gained from living and working in those jurisdictions or from servicing work in those locations as part of an international law firm. The team focuses purely on corporate work and so you can expect to deal with mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and various other corporate advisory work. The seniority of the role means that it is more likely to lend itself to someone with in excess of 9 years' PQE.
