The team has particular expertise in advising on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and investment deals. They have particularly strong links in the GCC meaning that they are often at the forefront of some of the most substantial deals in the region. The role will suit a qualified solicitor with strong corporate experience, who is already working in the GCC and is fluent in both English and Arabic.
