This is an opportunity to maximize your work/ life balance by joining a firm that has global reach but still maintains a reasonable expectation in terms of chargeable hours. The team is highly rated by legal commentators and benefits from the global reach afforded by being part of an international law firm. Work is predominately cross border in nature and often involves household name organisations. Work will include mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, structuring and restructuring. Applications are sought from qualified solicitors with 2+ PQE who have demonstrable experience of working for an international law firm in the GCC.
