Our client, a forward-thinking and highly reputable law firm, is seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 4-5+ years' PQE to join their thriving team. About the Role: This is a standout opportunity to work across a diverse and stimulating caseload. You'll be delivering strategic legal advice to a broad range of clients on key commercial matters, including: * Freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions and associated finance arrangements * Business sales and acquisitions - from SMEs to more complex transactions * Landlord and tenant negotiations and lease management * Shareholder and partnership agreements and advisory services * Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including terms and conditions of business * Company share sales, restructuring, and administration Business Development: Beyond casework, you'll actively support the firm's growth by engaging in networking and marketing initiatives - helping to strengthen client relationships and generate new business. The Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 4-5 years' PQE in commercial law * Strong technical expertise across the listed areas * A proactive approach to business development and client care * Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable based on experience.
