Real Estate Solicitor About the Firm: We are working exclusively with a well-established, high-street law firm based in Coventry. This respected practice has built a strong reputation in the local area for its personal approach and longstanding client relationships. The Role: The firm is now seeking a capable and self-motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join its team. You will manage a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters, acting for a loyal client base of individuals, SMEs, landlords, and developers. The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the firm's growth and to develop your own client following. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a caseload of commercial and residential property files from instruction to completion * Drafting and negotiating leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property-related documentation * Advising clients on landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing * Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence * Working collaboratively with other solicitors and support staff * Supporting business development and building client relationships Requirements: * A minimum of 2 years' PQE in property law (commercial and/or residential) * Strong technical knowledge and ability to run files independently * Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills * Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative * Ideally, experience in or willingness to engage in networking and local business development Benefits: * Competitive salary in line with experience * Opportunity for career progression and future partnership potential * Free on-site parking * Flexible working options considered To apply for the position of Real Estate Solicitor please contact Nicholas Fear at BCL Legal.
