Corporate Solicitor

Corporate Solicitor We are working on behalf of a leading law firm in Coventry that is seeking a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience to join its established and highly regarded corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor looking to handle a broad range of complex and high-value corporate matters while progressing their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. Role Overview: The successful candidate will take a lead role in advising clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements. You will be expected to manage matters independently, supervise junior lawyers where appropriate, and contribute to business development activities.
